PLEASE NOTE:  One to two(1-2) inches can be lost in the creation of your Pre-Tipped Strands and/or Hair Coloring.  Please Select a length of strands that is 2" longer (per custom service option) than the minimum length you wish to receive (Example: 28" Pre-Tipped Strands in the Natural Color will yield 26" - 27" Strands.  28" Blonde Pre-Tipped Strands will Yield 24-27" Strands/Tips). Allow 2 weeks for Delivery, and 3+ weeks for Blond Hair Colors.

OUR RETURN POLICY: Due to the sensitive nature of chemically dying natural human hair, there are No Refunds or Exchanges on Human Hair once it has been colored, cut, or Pre-Tipped). Please approve your hair via photo or delivery prior to requesting pre-tipped, color or bleach options. Cutting, Tipping, and/or Applying chemicals to the hair Voids our Guarantee. This policy applies whether hair has been custom altered by Permalocs - on behalf of the client - or another party (client or designee).
